It seems that the family had a great time. Especially the baby! I love this kind of weekends, they allow relaxation as well as sports and a variety of activities. Lasdt year me and my family headed to Argentina for a trip, and did one skiweek in cerro castor in the Patagonia. The strategy that we found worked best was to spent the initial days resort skiing and everytime we saw someone with backcountry touring gear we would approach them to see if they were interested going backcountry skiing. The strategy worked really well and within a week we had a bunch of folks to go ski touring with. My advice: be outgoing and it'll work out just fine. We loved it, I hope you guys too! Laura
